Returns

Adult Products are not eligible for Returns.

These only can only be returned if

  • Received a Damaged product.
  • Parts are missing.
  • Receive a wrong product.

If you have one or all the above reasons then do contact us immediately after receiving the product. You may contact us up to 7 days after the shipment confirmation but not more than that.

Do Follow instruction for returns

  • Product must be shipped back in original packaging.
  • To accept returns customer has to provide the proof of purchase.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable.

After investigation if product becomes eligible for returns, then customer will pay for returns.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if

  • Customer does not receive the item.
  • Our customer support decides to give a refund after investigating the matter.
